Bright Eyes Optique

Dr. Korcz of Bright Eyes Optique contacted Southern Construction because she had purchased a building that needed to be converted from retail space to an optometrist’s clinic. Southern Construction built a reception area, two exam rooms, a breakroom, an ADA compliant restroom and an eye glasses retail space. This renovation included: demolition, drywall installation, painting, plumbing, electrical, cabinet installation, flooring and acoustical ceiling installation.

Bart’s Office, Inc.

Bart’s Office, Inc. contacted Southern Construction to renovate space for their new company headquarters. Bart’s owned a building that was the perfect size for their new office space but had functioned as a call center for the building’s previous owner. Southern Construction converted the neglected call center into several offices, conference room, breakroom, reception area, restrooms and an open meeting space.
